Shipping Policy
Disc orders that are limited to one or two discs will be shipped USPS first class mail in a bubble mailer with the discs being supported by cardboard backing. Any order with 3 or more discs will be shipped USPS Priority Cubic mailing in a cardboard box. Drop shipped items such as bags, baskets, carts & cart accessories will be shipped straight from the respective manufacturer (their shipping methods may vary). Most items will be shipped no later than next day (often same day), unless order is placed outside of USPS shipping hours. Standard delivery times are around 3-5 business days depending on shipping location. Given the pandemic and the state of the USPS shipping service there could be cases where shipping takes slightly longer. We will always do our best to get your order into USPS' hands no later than the day after your order.

We ship to the contiguous United States, lower 48 (No Alaska or Hawaii).

Free shipping is available on all orders of $60 or more.

Our mail is usual picked up around 1PM CST Monday through Saturday.

Local Pickup is available for anyone in the immediate area. We are located in Yorkville, Illinois and can work to schedule a local pickup when it makes sense.

Dynamic Discs shipping Policy on Drop shipped items:
"Our mail is picked up at 3PM CST Monday through Saturday. We do our best to get all orders out the same day if placed before 2PM CST. However, some days are busier than others so we cannot guarantee your order will ship on the same day. If an order does not ship the same day, it usually ships within 24-48 hours. Processing time for DyeMax Discs, ZUCA Carts, and baskets can sometimes exceed 48 hours, as our warehouse and DyeMax Department is closed on Saturday and Sunday delaying fulfillment.
If using PayPal as your payment method, your shipping address must be listed in your PayPal records or it will automatically revert to the address listed in PayPal. Shipping to an address not listed in your PayPal account is a violation of their policies." - Dynamic Discs
