Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns:

All discs are sold "as is" in the condition that they are shipped to us from the manufacturers.  Discs should be considered new and unused unless otherwise noted, and all disc sales should be considered final unless there is an error with your order on our end.  We understand mistakes do happen!...in the event that there is an error with your order due to an issue on our end, we will provide you a full refund upon the item being shipped back to us within 30 days of purchase.  If there is any situation where you are unhappy with your order please contact us at airmaildiscs@gmail.com and we will work to resolve these issues!

 

All drop-shipped items (Many of the bags, baskets, carts & cart accessories) will need to follow the return policy outlined by the given manufacturer.  For these situations we will work with you on your return and ensure that you will get a full refund once your item has been returned.   Listed below is the return policy for drop shipped items through Dynamic Discs.

"You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You will be responsible for return shipping if you do not like the item or it does not fit properly. We can provide a return shipping label to you for a return and refund you for the item minus the return shipping costs for your convenience. If you would like to exchange the product, we can issue a PayPal invoice for the cost of the shipping label. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Please contact sales@dynamicdiscs.com before returning an item so we are aware of the return and can process it correctly once we receive it.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 5 business days)." - Dynamic Discs

Cancellations:

​

You may cancel an order any time before the order has been shipped for a full refund.  Any cancellations initiated after an order has been shipped will not be honored until the item(s) have been returned in the same condition that they were shipped.  To inquire about any potential cancellations please reach out to us via email at airmaildiscs@gmail.com.
